THE FIRST ORDER (Supermicro CeBIT 2016)

Very nice, the shields/covers do make the difference as hiding the cables makes systems look cleaner :)

The pump just being visable within the shroud reminds me of an exhaust as well :)

Yeah the Bitspower pumpcovers are absolutely beautiful. I just had to show it off. No other company made such nice looking ones yet.

Looking good. Not sure about the window etching if I'm honest though. Can't really make out what the picture is supposed to be where everything else is so clear.
The wire from the CPU header to the pump (I pressume) could the not go up, over the top and be hidden in the cavity behind the motherboard? I'm assuming that case has some space on the other side.
Same with the SATA (?) cables. It's not that they look bad, it's just that because everything else is so perfect, they stand out. :)

The engraving is the mask of Kylo Ren.

The pump rpm wire is sleeved in carbon and I would have to make an extension. I thought it was ok, but each to his own :)

The cavles you see are for the USB 3.0, not the SATA data cables :)

Thanks overall :D

Sorry, don't mean to sound negative. Our a build that wasn't so good you wouldn't even notice that cable - which is nicely sleeved. Because your build is so clean it stands out. That's all.

USB 3 front panel headers are a pain. I'm almost tempted to leave them disconnected on my ongoing build :D

No problem at all :)

You have right to your opinion and it were valid questions.

No bad feelings, thank you a lot for taking the time to read my log and reply to it.

The system looks smashing, a true tribute to the First Order :D
Make sure you get some pictures though when the system is powered up and "fully operational";)

Thanks man, you mean these photos?

Here are some photos of the system with the lights dimmed so you can see the illumination inside.

Good to see it getting the attention it deserves. Kinda backfired for Super Micro though....nobody's interested in their server next to it! :D

I think it was odd for the suits to see consumer end users on the stand a lot. Instead of just the businessmen.
