This is intented as a weekly progress chart for a new diet i'm starting on tommorow,

Will be updating on a weekly/twice weekly basis along with a list of what changes i;m making in regards to excersice and diet

anyone else wanting to fight the flab feel free to post your ongoing results :)


starting tommorow morning with a nice healthy lifestyle,

Current stats: target stats for week 4 target stats for week 12

5 foot 8 5 foot 8 5 foot 8
36 inch waist 34 inch waist 32 inch waist
15 stone 2lb 14 stone 6lb 13 stone

tonight see's my last can of stout tommorow brings excersice and healthy living,
 
quick update

after 2 and bit days, 15 stone dead :)

WOOT heading in the right direction
 
any signs a good sign,

think i'll have a curry and a few beers tonight to celebrate :) :) :)

pff i knew it was a joke

do i get a cookie? it's not like you can eat them :p
