I can just imagine that clause in their contract-

"In the unlikely event that the employee wishes to sue the employer due to being set on fire, this is considered a hazard of the job and no compensation will be paid out"

As someone who doesn't have any kids, your viewpoints often provide me with that toddler mentality, so thank you <3

The police officer knows the job can be dangerous, anything can happen.

I can see why you don't have kids(probably don't know how to), I'm grateful that your genes will not be passed down.

Is it part of the job for retail and hospitality staff to be assaulted, as there are plenty of videos showing that occurring?

In this country, whether you're rioting or not, you're serving a considerable prison sentence for setting a police officer on fire.

Are you suggesting being shot, attacked etc. Is not part of everyday life of a police officer.

Yes, not being shot at is generally considered normal everyday life of a police officer.

Did you get stuck in a game of cops & robbers or something, or do you have a mental condition?

I'm not keen on casting aspersions but you seem awfully dim.
You find it challenging to come to terms with your limited intellectual abilities?

Indeed, you don't even have to take it to that extreme either, as most police officers are not physically attacked on a daily basis, even if we're talking relatively minor stuff like being kicked while putting someone in cuffs or something.

MrWrong is on an absolute mad one it seems today.

They expect danger on a daily basis, however it may not happen everyday.

If you are going into a riot, then you almost certainly expect to be dealing with fire. Or be at the receiving end of a molotov cocktail with soap etc..

They know whats going to happy in riots, hence the riot gear.

No mate, I came to terms with that when I was about 8 years old and stopped believing that cops should expect to get shot every day, what's your excuse?

Don't move the goalposts, in fact before you go twisting everything to try and save what little face you have left, allow me to preserve your dumbassery for all to see:

Now go get your toys out the sandpit, playtime is over.
Sure, but tell your partner.

That's the best you could do huh?

I'm starting to understand why you struggle with such basic concepts as "it's part of a cop's job to get shot at every day".

Hit me up when you've outgrown this oddball child mentality of yours, until then leave the debating to the grownups <3

Single unemployment and no kids, I can see why you are the way you are. I understand.

Yes, single an unemployed. Definitely, well done, you hit the nail on the head and now I feel totally ashamed of not achieving anything in life.

Stepping over your handbags for a moment, can you respond to this please:

'Cos I don't see any list anywhere, and I would be totally amazed if you weren't a man of your word.
Aww bless...
