Hey there peeps, i have just purchased a new gaming rig that is an:
i5 2500K overclocked to 4.7GHZ (INTEL SANDYBRIDGE)
650W PSU
GIGABYTE Z77-D3H (New Z77 Chipset)
Seagate 2TB hard drive, sata 2, 3GB
AMD Radeon HD6670 2GB Graphics
AEROCOOL Strike-X One Case
PATRIOT VIPER V3 RED 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz - Performance/Gaming RAM
HITACHI BLU-RAY COMBO Drive, Blu-Ray Reader & DVDRW In One
The total price of all of these items where £550
I have owned the system for about three days now and are already planning for future things to do to the system, here are some pictures of what i have already done to the case:
So after thinking about it i am going to upgrade the system's:
(everything im buying will come from overclockers)
graphics:

= £150
Also i am going to be upgrading the PSU:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-000-XF&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1497
= £100
Then i will be upgrading the case:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-050-AK&groupid=2362&catid=2276&subcat=
= £90
I will also be buying extra RAM:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-084-PA
= £36
Finally, for the new case i thought about the sound aswell as the looks:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-044-AK
= £14
Also x 6
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-012-AE&groupid=701&catid=2331&subcat=1816
= £50
So the total price for all of this is = £440, after seeing this i knew that i could go a little bit more, to around £650, so i decided that if i was going to be running this system with all of the items above included i needed decent / amazing cooling, nothing to expensive but still good, so i decided to choose a large shopping list from overclockers:

the total price for all of the water cooling was just under £200, so with all of the items above added up it came up to around £640.
