Good day/evening !

I am saving money right now and going to build a new pc in the end of june :)

the budget of pc is around 1.1 - 1.3k without monitor, speakers, os, mouse and keybord.

the resolution i will be playing at or i would would like to play at is 1680x1050.

suggestions and tips are always welcome. pc as i mentioned above will be mostly used on games :) i am quite sure i should be able to build quite a nice machine so i am waiting for suggestions :).

i believe the i7 procesors are currently the best is that correct ? if so then i would favourite the i7 based system .

I'd be temped to get a better case. Seems a shame to get lots of lovely new silicon and then bundle it into a cheap case. I'd pay the extra for the fortress mentioned above.

Teh Dude spec is similar to RJC but with that buget i wouldn't get a cheap case like the 335 get the Fortress you will be glad you got it.

I build in my first premium case was only an antec 180b and the difference is amazing one of my favourite buys of the build.

I would also get a Be Quiet PSU

thx for the advices :) so i will probably end up with this setup :)

what i am still curious about how come the latest ati graphics are so cheap on oc ? and do these 2 cards still beat the gtx 295 geforce? :)
