As speculated, that's actually tiny spacemite on the lens of the camera. They exist past the upper atmosphere and are known to xenobiologists as ..... where am I going with this???

Not all the googlemaps images are from satellites iirc. Some are just aerial photos.

May well have got caught up in the scanning process of the film negatives. That or there's an abnormally large insect crawling the countryside of Germany. : )
