The Good Free PC Games?

The original GTA is now free, Lord of the rings online is free and pretty good looking too. Aion europe recently went free to play too. Horror indie slender is free. Auto Club Revolution is a free online racing game I play often.
 
Super Monday Night Combat is definitely worth a look, kind of a Dota inspired third person team shooter. Ive been surprised at how good and how much fun it is.
 
Dota 2, LoL, Tribes, Blacklight, TF2, Alien Swarm are the best F2P games I can think of in terms of quality and having a good pricing model.

For MMOs, Aion offers the best F2P of any game I've seen by some distance, SWTORs is also very fair once it's released and aside from that I guess lotro/ddo are fairly decent although lotro is increasingly P2W of late.
