"The Goonies" is on today!!!

It's one of those great adventure films most seem thankful for watching while younger and it still seems almost as good today as it was then, it has that certain feel to it you just don't get in many films, or maybe its just the memory of it, i dunno…

Oh yeah does anyone know if its possible to get the soundtrack, specifically the music playing in the attic bit? I find some film music has really good atmospheric or emotional feel and i always liked that piece.
 
Damn, I wish I saw this thread yesterday because I rarely watch tv :(

Goonies, even today is just sheer quality. You just don't get films like that anymore, it's all CGI carp nowadays. I remember watching it as a kid and drooling at those plasma balls in the attic scenes early on in the film. Now I has two! :D

can you get the goonies on bluray?

I watched it again for "old times sake" until the missus said it's time for a bbq and I had to leave it. thought about taping it but you know it's not the same as a "live" OH YES find hehe

I could never get hold of the film score, the soundtrack has a single Dave Grusin track (the Goonies theme) and the rest are songs sadly.


I've got the region 1 dvd release, anyone else seen the commentary with all the cast reunited? Corey Feldman is still on one lol
