Most of you will never see the results below, only possible on very high end AM5 motherboards.

But AMD will never make it clear, adding multi onboard M.2 slots is just comical and by the time you find out why you have just wasted money.

Even on high end boards its happered by 3 slot Gpu's.

I just learned the hard way with multiple ways around it, but one just leads to another issue.

Sorry, as in the 3 slot GPUs stop you from accessing the faster slots or the speed is slowed because the GPU is hogging.the bandwidth?

3 slot Gpu covers most 2nd slots which are shared with it giving 8x8 leaving only one 4x4 slot available, so any M.2 expansion cards will only ever work with one card even if it a 2 card m.2 adapter.

The problem is with Pcie lanes Amd says 28, many have counted 32 on my MB so they just all sharing and depending what you do just cancel expansion slots or Usb ports.

Its very complex and you just keep losing bandwidth with the more parts you add, espeically M.2 cards

This sums it all pretty well, its MSI but makes no odds its AM5 issues.
