How do you get the enb series mods to work?

I have tried following the instructions and downlaod the extra bits it tells you to but when I go to start the game it just corrupts and doesn't work. I would greatly appreciate it if you could walk me through it step by step.

I have tried to get the mod to work on 3-4 seperate occasions but never managed. Thanks

As well as some anisotropic filtering at least! Most cards won't take much of a hit, even at 8xAF.

some parts did look a bit soupy to me when playing the game, just got a msi hawk 5770 aswell. i did put AF to x16 and AA was at x4 with edge detection so in theory its at x12 on and the AI was on standard on these shots. ive turned the AI off so will do some more shots see how it has effected it.

And all of the games don't seem to customize the engine so it always has exactly the same bloom effects and it's really obvious.

BFG 295 GTX
Phenom II x4 945 3.0Ghz (overclocked to 3.40Ghz)
6GB of Ram (can't remember speed/brand - sorry :/)

Will post some more later of the outside, having loads of fun in this so far and it's really hard too.

I thought Splinter Cell Conviction made really good use of the unreal engine.

Just to add, i've turned the brightness up 2 notches as it seems dead dark when i'm FRAPSing footage. Usually looks a bit darker than these pictures.

Metro 2033. Missed these Dark One sightings on my first playthrough, playing it again on hard and getting the achievements I missed along the way, while spotting things I didn't see before.
