wow looks beautiful is this at 4k on ultra ? love the Ford Mustang shots does that come with the Base Game ?

That is running at 1920*1080 but your browser might be downsizing (and therefore supersampling!) the images. It is ultra settings with a one or two (shadows and something else) on very high. The mustang is in the base game and is in fact a starter car!
These were taken in the in game photo editor where I would have added a bit of blur and colour tweaks. the photo editor itself probably also adds other post-processes behind the scenes like aa!

In particular, that first shot in #2947 looks great.
Its the kinda shot they'd release and the immediate reaction would be, "that's not in-game". But, yup it is

Yup, and still has just about the best TPP shooting mechanics, a great alienating atmosphere and a great OST.
