Problem is though with no new content i.e. missions, daily activities, new guns etc. etc. there isn't much reason to keep playing

Borderlands will always be the best Looter Shooter. Do love Div1 though, Div2 absolute pony.
Yeah borderlands 2 and 3 is good fun. It was the graphics, atmosphere and setting with all the attention to detail which just made div 1 stand out for me compared to other looter shooters.
I don't agree. I think that the game looks amazing with ray tracing on. I'm playing through it and you need a good card to really bring out the graphics.
Nowhere near enough content or loot same can be said for Div 2.
When will they ever learn?
They should have put all resources into div 1 and give it a proper endgame , it already had a great platform to expand upon.
I guarantee it would have kept players playing a lot longer than the current scenario.
As it stands most other looter shooters have a lot more active players, why? content and loot simply nowhere near enough of either in div 1 or 2.

beautiful ship, just needs those turrets to drop in to the ship when not in use so they dont ruin the silhouette

I never thought about that, you're right, that top turret kinda spoils the sleek lines, it needs to drop away into the hull when not in use, like the Connie.
