I've just realised it's 20 years - Oct 2002. Where has the time gone...
I'm sure it was only a couple of years ago I was overclocking my old Socket A XP1500 to the dizzying heights of 1.6GHz (in the winter, with the case vented to outside through an old tumble drier duct. Could only make 1.5GHz in the summer!). Bump the settings, run 3DMark2001, rinse and repeat. Had an original ATi Radeon DDR graphics card. DDR memory, boy, that was fast...
