The hp laptop base panel what does protects components off it.

One side on the hp laptop not far away from the power button and where are the two hdmi ports and one port for the headphones and another two whatever they name are and called and on that side off it are gone off it and were weak and loosen. I did tried every tape to fix it out but it did gone off it and it did not stayed on it like it should to be. But one tape did stayed on it and fix it out and it was sorted then.
