Cable Nightmare!!!

Well I have a Ati Radeon 512 xtx graphics card and I need a 3m cable to connect to the above monitor.
Would a DVI-D Digital cable work for me?
Plus what is the difference between A single and dual DVI-D cable.
I was also thinking about a 3m VGA male to female analogue cable, but being a LCD monitor would i have issuse`s with the picture using this cable?

Any input would be great help guys....Cheers!!!! :cool:

I think the duel is for Higher Resolutions and more MHZ Bandwidth

Cheers Buddy....just bought a Dual DVI-D cable, 3m for £30.00
The monitor should be on arrival on monday from Overclockers!!!
Can`t wait as i do say so myself

i just bought a dvi-d to dvi-d cable on fleebay for £5. £30 is a damn lot for a cable
