The "I am finally going to finish that damn game" thread

Well, like many people, I have these games sitting here on the shelf that I just never got round to finishing.

It's not always that I didn't like the game. Sometimes I would have had to re-install windows, or something else might have happened, and the could not be bothered to re-start.

Keep buying new games, but never get round to just playing through some of those oldies.

So, starting tonight I am going to start by retrying Doom 3. I got bloody far in the game. Can't have had more than couple of hours left. Wish me luck.

This thread is actually kind of a challenge to others though, to pick up those old games they just never got round to finishing, giving it hteir best, and letting everyone know how they get on

Took me 2 whole years to finnish HL and im still playing HL2 now and i dont mean ep1 or 2 i mean the first release of HL2

Have loads of games to finnish but never hold my attention long enough, heres my to do list...

I said I'd finish it if only to justify owning and actually installing it. The trouble is though, it's that crap I gave up on it during the jungle levels.

Ah, never knew that came out for the pc. I will have to invest once i get my new rig built. I have not heard anything good about it, however i just want to try it as i loved SOF2 so much.

Dont.. just dont, SOF2 is one of the best games ever, SOF3 is possibly the worst.

Im determined to win the premiership on Chaos League. It annoys me that by the end of the first season i can take on premiership teams yet i still have to play through 2 more seasons to get there, and no simulate match option

Console wise I should really finish Condemned at some point.
