i dreamt of getting a dell 2209wa monitor, i looked forward to payday with great anticipation. On payday the monitor went out of stock, i strayed and ordered from a competitor. Money taken from account on friday, delivery monday.
Monday came, no monitor, rang the company up... ooppppsss... they actually dont have any instock even tho they said my order had been dispatched. Fine, i see another competitor has 50 in stock - surely i will get one now. I order with next day delivery on monday for today using GOOGLE CHECKOUT.
Tuesday comes and no monitor, i ring up 2nd competitor and ask what is going on. It appears google have taken my money but not given it to the competitor, therefore they cannot dispatch my order - not until payment is recieved. I try to contact google, but wait they have absolutely no contact number.
So now i am stuck with no monitor and over £400 out of pocket (until i get my refunds, 5 days).
i should never have strayed away from OcUK, i am sorry, pls pls get the dell 2209wa back in stock so i can buy from you and get a good service.
