how good is this card and is it the best 980TI available?
just i dont see anybody buying these on ocuk atm..
is that due to price?
or there is a better 980ti on the market?
the reviews on this card look great but i dont see anyone buying it!!
got me a little concerned about pulling the trigger on this one.

these cards are targeted at extreme overclockers mostly. If you are planning on running them on air then you may not get the best out of them and not much improvement over any other 980 ti; which reasonably overclock. On water it will serve you better. And these cards have been record breakers on LN2 stuff when looking back at 980 and 780ti hof cards. They have excellent power delivery and made out of quality components.

With your sig, you might be slightly bias ;)

I am not. As I have said on air it may not surprise anyone. But definitely these cards are great with better cooling. I haven't declared it the best but it's a fact that the 980/780ti hof cards have broken the world records in various benchmarks at their time on LN2. 8pack has done a lot of work with hof cards and he can advise better. EVGA Classified series is a direct competitor.

HoF cards are based/targeted at extreme overclockers lol. Nothing wrong with that faheemrazzaq said! Just like the lightning cards and they only go so far on air just like most other air coolers. Its when you get them under water you realise thier potential more and if your a LN2 overclock you'll probably get great overclocks on these cards vs the likes of some of AIBs

you may try reading around before starting your banter. do you have something useful to contribute?

I have a 980ti HOF ln which i will put through it's paces tonite although only on air at the moment.

So far only issue I have encountered is it's physical size, it is a long card which just fit in my new case.
