today amd announced the release of their last cpu of the athlon x2 series, the 6400+ with a clock frequency of 2x3,2 ghz and 2x 1mb L2 cache. the cpu will be ~ 15% slower than the C2D E6850.

price will be around 220-248 $

does anybody know the name of the next generation of amd cpus ?
