"The Last Sentinel" - Worthwhile SciFi?

I only found out about it today. Has anyone seen this? I understand that it stars Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica), which can only be a good thing.

Low-budget scifi movie goodness? Or a waste of time?

I only waste my time when the movie is above 4.9 at least. There are too many movies that are better in the same genre to warrant the time wasted
