I've been deliberating for weeks on what memory to get and have narrowed it down to two makes
1.OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-8000 Dual Channel XTC Platinum Series EL-DDR2
2.G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit
I've used geil and corsair memory for years with no problems in overclocking but fancied something different,i'm going for thr duo e6600 cpu and Asus P5B Deluxe mobo so any suggestions would be grateful... ;)

Both are very good ram for the cpu, i had the G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 if you can get them with the code that start`s 060609 you will be on to a winner, i sold mine on the MM within 10 mins

The OCZ Titanium RAM is crazy nice stuff (nothing can really touch it when its in its element) gives great performance and holds its latencies well if you OC aslong as you give it enough voltage - and you'll have no problems with these modules not handling extra voltage.

However there are quite a few boards that the upper end OCZ RAM will not boot with - including some of the newer NF4 boards and a lot of boards based on the intel 975 chipset so beware when buying... I've just had to return my set :( because my DFI Infinity 975 won't even POST with it in...

thanks for the up i''ve just brought the g-skill seems to be less problimatic hopefully it will work well with the asus mobo... :D
