The little things

I hate heated seats.

Seats that blow cold air through them though, amazing.

This isn't something I have, but rather something I wish was a thing in my car - some sort of label or reference to figure out the current seat height setting.

I might be odd for wanting something like that, but when you share a car and the seat gets adjusted to suit the other person's height/distance to the front, I always second-guess myself to what I actually had the seat set to. It then feels like I'm either too far or too close, even when testing all of the cues of 'can I reach the clutch or am I too close' etc. I just end up sticking with whatever anyway :p

Unless something similar already exists on other cars. Is it called power seats with memory? I remember reading something along those lines.

When my current car gives up the ghost, this is something I'm definitely going to have look for in my next car!
Some cars will even take a cue from which key you use so when you unlock the car the seat will move to your position if someone else has used the other key and moved everything to their position. Often bundled with comfort access os similar though.

Not practical in any sense but amusing nonetheless, the smart ambient lighting in the Formentor (and I guess other Cupras and some other VW group cars) when set to switch with drive profile, in Cupra mode the brightness changes with throttle position - i.e. the more you push the pedal, the brighter the ambient lights get

Yeah heated screen is a godsend on a cold winters morn, don't understand why more manufacturers don't incorporate it as the Ford copyright ended a few years ago I believe.

Miss my heated windscreen

Use the climate control seats way more than I expected. I'm often too hot so have them on a fair bit. I thought they would be a gimmick but no they're good.
