...Well not really, they were sitting in the back of my fridge all along! These were shot over the past year or so on my M4+35/2, Hexar AF, and Nikon FM2n/F3+ Voigtlander 20mm. Film wise it's Neopan 1600 and Tri-X developed in XTOL:

1. This was some time ago in Manila, these men were having trouble fitting this Ralliart canopy to a Mitsubishi Pajero

2. One of my first shots with a 20mm. You're forced to get close in order to get some good shots (or you play with geometry instead). This was a bit of a miss.

3. That's more like it. She just found out that the next train was delayed. Probably by about 3 minutes, but 3 minutes of London time is a lot to some.

4. Playing with lines on the 20mm.

5. 20mph with the 20mm

I've got more shots to post, I'll put them up once my scanner catches up to me.

Nice shots :)

I lost a load of films, I actually thought I had thrown them out in a tidy up by accident. I found them again recently (in another tidy up) but as they've been sat in a bag for two years I'm not sure if they are worth developing.

Thanks Rojin, developing film is always worth it even if the results are a bit disappointing, I have so many memories that were triggered when I was checking out the negatives. As for the quality, people have had their film sitting undeveloped for decades (Vivian Maier is one, as is Garry Winogrand who left thousands of rolls undeveloped after he died) and they turned out pretty well!

Here's another batch (entirely 35mm from the Hexar or Leica now):

I like the composition of 13, a bit of a shame the eyes are shaded but still closed over, but it's still a good shot for me.

I'm curious, what is it about 2 that makes it a bit of a miss over 'that's more like it' in 3 for you? Was it the lines in the shot or were you happier with the exposure in 3?

Thanks for the input Gogl, to answer your question there are a few reasons why I feel 3 was better than 2: yes, I was much happier with the exposure, but more importantly the mood of the lighting was much nicer. It's pretty flat in 2. I also should have been more mindful of the tilt in 2, although 20mm is a very difficult lens to control, I actually think it's the kind of scene that a 35mm or 50mm lens would do a much better job of capturing. The timing of no.3 is better too, you can really see the frustration in her face/body language.
