Seeing as we've had a few and by few I mean loads of threads about hardware and the concensus seems to be that duplication is bad mm'kay even though I've participated in them myself! - I'll volunteer to collate a wiki type article on mac hardware and their pros and cons..

Even though I'm relatively new to the mac platform - i did soo much research before purchasing that I feel like i know what each machine is generally about.

Obviously I'll be expecting lots of input from y'all - as the knowledgeable people - but is this something that would be of benefit? or should I not bother..

Answers on a postcard please...
