The Mach loop in Wales

Seeing as you've been a lot :D, the site I've read said that like 10-20 planes go through each day, is this really true? or are certain days better than other? And better times than others?

I'd like to see Herc going through!
So is it best to set out to spend a day there? or an afternoon? and just hope, its about 45mins drive from where we live so its not too much effort to go out there :)

Do they fly weekends too?
