*Apologies if there is a thread for this already, I didn't see one.*

Has anyone watched this yet? I thought I'd take a peek and see how it goes, it seems the reviews are a bit split over it.

The trailer seems quite funny, hopefully they haven't put the series worth of gags into the trailer.

It's alright. I'm still waiting for it to be really blow me away but I don't think it ever will.

It's okay, it's not great, it's no where near the likes of Spin City in terms of comedy. But it doesn't really come across exactly like a Sitcom, it feels a bit more like a short drama about a family that is incidentally funny at points than a flat out sitcom, I don't know if it's quite working in general.

Like him a lot, been pretty much great in everything, he's a really good character in the Good Wife, but the overall cast/writing in this just doesn't seem strong enough.

I'm quite sure it would be canned if it wasn't "straight to series" order with 22 episodes guaranteed. Not that funny, very old school and recycled at times humour, with what I feel is in part unlikable and poorly selected ensemble and it constantly feels off, especially when few jokes in each episode are based around what effectively is serious medical condition ("oh, he can't open a jar, lol", really that's your "joke every 3 minutes" recipe? ).

It didn't even make sense to leave the working title when it was picked for broadcast. He's not Michael J. Fox in the show, his character is called Mike Henry. Milking!

Well I've actually managed to get round to watching them (what are Sundays for?).

It's...not as good as the trailer I posted above. It does have potential, the characters are quite interesting and have room for growth, it has a nice feel to it but it's certainly not knockout funny.

I enjoyed 1-6 but episode 7 was just awful, I hope that's not a sign of things to come!
