The most blatant use of a phone whilst driving I've seen

I absolutely love being a passenger these days. Keep your phone handy and when you see someone on the phone just point yours at them as if you're videoing them. I have had them throw there phone on the floor.
These people know they are doing very wrong but also know they're extremely unlikely to get caught.
I think some also think it's fine to hold the phone out and use it like that.

When i was younger it was considered normal to roll a cig while driving with hands resting inside the wheel. How times change! Police wouldn't bat an eye then either!

Saw one guy looking through the ads in the back of a car magazine the other day while crawling along in traffic. His passenger didn't even care.
When I was a wee lad I always wanted a 7 series with a phone in it. And later on a car with a telly. Then again, in those days you could smoke anywhere. My first flight I sat next to an old lady who must've smoked a billion fags on an 11 hour flight.

When I smoked I would roll a cigarette while steering with my knee. Thought nothing of it
