I understand what you are saying and it is the right thing to do in a sense..

but hell I'd be gone quicker than you could blink.

Mental ex's are bad enough.. Mental ex's you can't get rid of because they are her children's farther are a whole different ball game.

And do what? Phone me up and ask for my family's medical history? Not an issue for me.

Ask for money or want a relationship with me and what no?, Well, we shall see, but they are not legally entitled to anything what so ever from me. It doesn't bother me in the slightest, in fact I almost look forward to it.

Not having a pop at you personally. My ex wife fell in love with somebody else and wanted me out of our marital home. I refused so I got a 4 cell mag light round the head breaking my eye socket. I am not saying I was ark angel in my marriage at all time (never had an affair though or was violent) but I would hate to be treated as an outcast because of my past.
 
Same thing happened with my sister in a way, he was self employed got banned DD and CSA couldn't do anything this was about 3 years ago, he was paying something like £20 a week for the last couple of years then stopped last week because he has no money, yet is going out with a girl that runs a pub and has beer money.

He was a top bloke then he just lost it and they got divorced, then left the state, my sister and parents and me to look after and pay for the kid.

Yes because if you leave your job to avoid CSA they can take your driving licence or prosecute you. People drink driving to get out of paying for their children in my book is as low as it goes. They put everyone in danger especially themselves. I personally think they should be put away as it is clearly pre-meditated selfish act endangering everyone.
 
******* what a stupid idea. Firstly the law changed to protect the children from people not wanting to pay.

In this case the secretary of state would foot the bill until the father found another job where he would then have another deductions of earnings order taken out against him except it would be a lot more this time around has he would have x amount of arrears to pay plus the current amount he should be paying. Even if he goes on JSA it will still be deducted from that, it's pretty much a case of you can't really avoid it as it will always catch up with you.

No he was self employed worked for his dad, he was working when he was done for DD he crashed so lost his means to work, he just never bothered paying CSA when he could/should have, CSA have done nothing, enforced nothing, literally they are worthless unhonest people. They cant, are the police going to come out?

Never understand it myself, your only kid and you make excuses, my niece is amazing, she is 5 now and I have been a dad to her, just cant understand how a bloke would refuse to accept a kid or do everything in his power to prove people wrong, I would die for my niece she is that close to me.
