Is fanless the only requirement? Will a dual slot fit? What case is it going in, what do you want to do with it?

Also, your sig is against the rules.
 
I think that Sapphire are planning a passive 5670 in the next month or so if it isn't out already
 
What is the airflow like in the case? If it's good, then you've always got the option of getting something standard and fitting an aftermarket passive heatsink to it.
