The Mummy Returns - Karnak

My friend has just bought some moulds for making Egyptian models, and I thought I would make a model of Karnak from the Mummy Returns.

I don't know where to start though, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any detailed plans of the model used in the film...

I have access to the film so I can get bits from there, but it is not very easy to make a whole model from that

Oddly enough I have just come back from holiday in Egypt and I visited the Karnak temple and its absolutely huge. I took photos but unfortunately none that would be able to help you though.

Quick overview here

Why are you concentrating on the Karnak in the film rather than Karnak itself? It'd be much easier to find pictures and information on the temple itself...

It looks smaller in the film, and it also looks nicer too

(I don't think I can make a model of the real thing

)
