guild wars at lowest settings run ok however some games where you need to keep the disk in cause problems as most netbooks don't have DVD/CD drive.
HL via steam works perfectly
PKR poker doesn't though some options are off the screen and there is no way of changing them it also seems to hang quite a lot on loading screen, even playing in Low detail. Thought it was my wireless so rigged it up direct to router and still had problems.

My laptop isnt a netbook but its pretty small, 13inch (think its more like 12 though) nice and small yet not cramped. Good speakers, decent graphics chipset (for a laptop) and i can run Counter Strike at 20-40fps
hi, im know im really new to the forums but lately ive been making a website using piczo with a list of games that ive heard, run on a netbook. http://netbookgamer.piczo.com/
Woah, bit green there Try putting the list in the centre and cut it down a bit. It's a good idea but needs more info on the titles in the actual list. There's a fair amount of games that I imagine would not run or run very badly on a standard netbook (atom 1.6ghz + intel GMA 950) such as Civ 4.
I have tried NWN on mine (Asus eeePC 901) and it runs at fairly low fps but still playable. NWN 2 would be too much for it. Quake 3 is playable but I imagine some of the modified q3 engine titles might struggle a bit as well. Half life 2 is mission to get running on mine and runs like a dog
just searching the net and adding new mentions. ive updated so its not so green and i need some people to tell me how the games run. ive only tried a few myself
