Even though it was a friendly, the game was more entertaining than any of the world cup games played so far imo

Because we fell into the trap of being panicked about losing an average player who suddenly looked like he was finally coming good, but it lasted just a few games until he reverted to type.

I think Eddie was given a new contract because it would have cost some of our transfer budget to replace him.

Cheaper just to give him £100k a week and save on the transfer fee.

I have a really horrible feeling that Saka’s head has been turned by City.

If he has refused to sign by the summer, I think he’ll be there next season.
