The New Cases Gallery

Well priced, excellent cooling and reasonably quiet. They're all the rage for a reason :D

sure ,its just there been other water cooling kits and they havnt taken off like this .

i was gona get the thermaltake kit 2 years ago but cos i like my case so much and it dont have as much room as new style cases i was forced to go for an air cooler

I have to ask?

2 Xbox's?

Having the 5500 speakers so close together set on 6ch mode, wouldn't you be better having it set to stereo? surely having them so close will sound awful in 5.1?

2 Xboxes, 1 modded offline, 1 not modded and online.
Trust me, even with the speaks very close to each, the sound is wonderful. The separation from each speaker is great. Of course I would prefer them to be better spaced apart but my desk is too small for that and I have no room in my house to have a bigger desk, unless I can convince the wife to get rid of the dining table............which ain't gonna happen :D

look nice ,corsair h50 system seems to be all the rage at the moment seen so many sytems with that in .

im thinking getting another 2 gb of ram as theres not many places doin my model of corsair any more .what do guys think do you think i should im running 2gb on windows 7.

The H50 is amazing. I swapped the supplied fan for an emermax fan and I used a fan controller to throttle down the fan and even with the fan running at the slowest speed, my CPU still sits at 40c and it is OC'ed.
I have to keep checking that my PC is now because it is so quiet now :D

My old rig into a new case, what do you think?

thats a lot of excess cables , im sure you could do away with some of that just looks a mess and overkill. and if its needed then im sure you could hide it ,other than that looks ok.

if there was any more cable in there u could do urself harm .

not only that it would effect the air flow inside the case

Sorry but I have to agree with VitaminJayz.
I know the separate cables is all the rage at the moment but I personal think a clean, cable free (well as cable free as possible) system not only looks better but is better for good air flow.

Bit strange how you don't have access to the backplate screws at the top just goes to show that hole on motherboard trays is useless unless the socket on the board lines up.

There's no standardised location of the socket. The majority of them do sit over the hole though :)

New HAF 922 case

First ever cable tidying attempt after putting new psu and gfx card in, looks ok imo

Hidden beauty

Unfortunately window had 2 scratches when it arrived

Cathode light switch fits perfectly in the watercooling hole

Good idea with the switch for the cathodes. Just did the same for mine :D

Any quick links or info on how to set up a switch like that? Noob at electronics but really want to add the same thing to my system :) (UV + switch at rear pipe hole).

I'm not sure myself but my set of cathodes came with a switch similar to the one in that picture. Was simply a matter of removing cables, push the switch through the hole and reconnect cables :D

Took the bung off, poked switched through it, put bung back and pulled the switch back until the rubber gripped it. Just happend to be the exact right size by chance. :)

Had the window on the Fortress FT02 fitted on the inside with some socket head caps.

Got 3 windows made up with it as well so i can swap them over - clear, black tint, and frosted.
