hahahaaha, i did spend a fair bit of time on them, there is a LOT in that case, 3 drives in the lower section, 2 in the upper caddy, 3x DVDR drives and a removable firewire caddy, not to mention the full PCI/e population, and as you can see, not all of those drives are SATA ;)
The PSU is also not modular either, so any spare cables (and there were some are tucked away)

The cabling actually looks a lot worse in those photo's than it does in real life, it has pretty good airflow through it, just seem to lose some perspective in the photos somehow. Maybe this one will show what i mean

and if you think those are bad, you should see the back :D

show us a pic of your p190 mate, i made the mistake of selling the dual psu's and getting the corsair tx 650 psu which althou is a preety good psu its not modular and is very messy

Took quite a bit of effort to get that Noctua fan in there, had to modified the cooler shield, so fan would fit underneath and had to bend the heat pipes very slightly, as for some reason the rad is on a slight slope and not straight.

Going to build a new simple desk out of white Conti tomorrow.

then first upgrade will be a ssd and blu ray drive. The current HDD is easily the loudest part at the moment, at least till the gfx card spins up. Would like to replace that with a 260 or 4870 with a Prolimatech MK-13 cooler and another noctua 800rpm fan.

People who quote posts and include the pics again annoy me, but I will make an exception for myself in this instance.

Gunslinger: while I cannot understand why you need three optical drives I assume you do, so fair enough, my question is where did you get that mount for two slimline drives in a 51/4 slot?

been wondering that too, also very good job in hiding all the cables from that psu i gave up on mine after 2 hours of faffing around
