The New Cases Gallery

It was super easy becuase there was so much room to work with. There are lots of holes for cable managment and lots of places to attache zip ties to keep all the cables neat. The cooling is also great ive droped approx 6c is cpu temps form my previous case which was the silcerstone raven.

sweet that has proved CustomPC mag wrong then :p

Yeah they just tested it without an aditional exhaust fan at the back, i have the h50 exhausting out the back of mine and as i said before the temps are cooler. The case has a built in fan controler for 6 fans and the dial to change the speed is in the hiden compartment at the top of the case which is incredibly handy.

I hadn't opened my case for over 4 months, so I felt like doing a routine check to make sure it was dust free. It was fine thanks to my case's dust filters. I took a few pictures too.

Oh wow, so I just decided to reseat my CPU because the temps were going far too high and I found all the dust. It was clogging my CPU cooler lol. I gave my CPU and both my new GTX 560 a tim replace with MX3, and each dropped by around 5 degrees.

Also I managed to tidy up my cables a bit more, compare these new pics to my olds ones and spot the cable differences :D

the temps are taken using core temp, which i know is not accurate but is realative to the true bios temp which is about 10-12'C above what core temps read, but with standard cooler this gadget was reading 24' so you can copare what the coolers doing. if you catch my drift ;)

Looks like its reading the motherboard socket temp rather than core temps. Do the individual core temps ever change independently?

only for split seconds say core 6 can be different to 1 but not for more than half a second, and it does move up relative to the true cpu temps

Take a look at his clock speed ;)

Cool'N'Quiet was enabled. Saying that though, it shouldn't be that low :p

allways has been this is just a comparison, this same sensor was reading 24 with stock cooler on idle.

@ gug54321

Not a fan of colour co-ordination are you? :D

i purposely picked the green fan, could have had red, but i like it like this to make the beast of a cooler stand out hehe

Ok, I've just installed and now tweaking my new Titanium HD ever since i got in from work.... :D
