Omg that looks amazing!! only thing i think puts it off is the giant blue intel logo

Why so much power?

When my HX650 died I wanted something that would support SLI should I ever want to. Figured 750 would do it with the way power consumption is going. When I came back to the new house, I realised where I wanted to store my PC, didn't have room for a massive case - I ended up downsizing from a K62 to this.

Give us some details on whats in it king

What?! You can't see XD

It's really just a recase with a couple of touches:
Lian Li PC V354B
Intel 510 120GB
F3 1TB
Generic Blu-Ray (oldest thing in the system, came out of an old pre-build)
ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M
i52500k
Phanteks PH-TC14CS (running 1 stock phanteks fan - the other clashed with PSU)
8?GB of XMS3 (Genuinely can't remember - would be the first to be upgrade though, I'm hitting my limit stitching panoramics)
Asus D2X
GTX 480
Corsair AX750W

Oh, and then the 2 Corsair fans at the front (performance edition with 7V adaptor)
1 140 at the top (quiet edition)
1 Enermax T.B Silence at the rear

I actually need some extension cables on the Corsairs for them to reach the fan controller at the back of the case (for the size of the case, I feel this is a joke -.-)

The only real new things are the fans, case, mobo, cpu cooler and sound card (swapped form a D2, so that's not even really new....)

Pretty happy with the whole thing. Want to disconnect the Power LED, sort out the fans so I can hook them up to the controller, and sort out the cable tidying. Oh and maybe paint the silver parts black. Apart from that it's bloody lovely. If a bit of a pain with it's 8 screw side panel...

Last build is this (to prove I can do cable tidying if it has the opportunity):

Thats how it came from OCUK in my Carbide 300r, it's been bent to, I guess, a 20 degree angle. I assume it's because it wouldn't fit into the 300r? Always worked fine so never questioned them.

Is it not a done thing?

I can safely say i've never seen it done before... I couldn't see it being any good for the performance of the cooler, as surely it's bent some of the heatpipes reducing their radius?

Also, are those the corsair blue braided cables?

That doesn't sound good about the cooler - perhaps I should query this then?

And yes, they are the Corsair blue braid, a bit expensive but they look really good. A bit plasticy but hold their shape well.

Are you thinking of getting some?

Thought id post up a few pics of my new build. System comprises.

Asus P8 Z77 V Pro
8gb corsair vengeance lp

Still got to get some better coloured fans for top exhaust, the redwings were all i had to hand. And a better method than sewing elastic for the fan in the 5.25 bays, bit ghetto looking.:D
