work in progress.
trying to do away with as much wire as i can.
trying to find an inverter that can run upto 10 bits of kit and fit in a drive bay cos the small inverters look crap.
have seen modded inverters with led's in them, a bit better but would like one big mutha to fit in a drive bay.
Ok got a new DFI 250gb NF3 mobo installed now and I've used the round cables provided by DFI. I think the yellow looks a lot better then the black ones I had.
I know its got blue fans.. but all i had kicking around the house and wanted to get the drives sorted first... ive got plans for uv and purple neons... also im looking into a cool powerswitch
also needs a cable tidy doing.. but best way to do that involves cutting my nice new case... i aint got the ball up to do it yet.. lol
First attempt at any sort of mod, only ever used beige cases until now.....

120mm UV reactive CM fan (Blue to be changed to purple at some time in the future)
Sleeved Tagan power leads with Vantec UV sleeving (also sleeved CPU fan power leads)
Replaced Molex connectors with UV reactive Vantec plugs
Light String around the window edge - Purple
Front: Drilled hole on left hand side and inserted Purple LED for Power
Opposite side of case no pics yet but 2 X 12" purple Neons
(All Neons are Streetglow other than the Akasa UV Neons)
Just thought I would put my piccies on here as well. Not quite finished. Need to put window in side panel and then cut down rad securing bolts. Going to do a shroud/air-guide on the 120mm fan next week so will post pics of that.
*sigh*
Looks very boring compre you everyone elses.
But I like it cause I have used it SO much.
Getting new PC 3.0GHZ with enermax case with neon glows and stuff soon - can't wait.
