just seen this :

Samsung SpinPoint F1 640GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD642JJ)


it has twin platters at 320gb each and spose to be as fast as a raptor

so might have to sell my 500gb samsung and get 2 of these to raid 0

Don't need balls, take your time, make sure all your fittings are tight, leak check for a day with paper towel around or by the joints.
This is my second set up, if you the some spare cash and fancy water cooling go for it :)

yeah spose the zalman cools very well ilde is about 33c and under full load all four cores its about 54c so not bad i spose .

thats my rig above .

Temps are fairly good, it does look nice in the red, like the neat cable runs :), I need to re-sort mine out :p

not sure if this is any good havnt done much benchmarking in the last year

heres my scores

3dmark 06 score
3DMarks score 18456
SM 2.0 Score 6827
SM 3.0 Score 9286
CPU Score 5007

not sure if thats any good
