I purchased mine when the price was at 64.99 so was a real bargin for it.

I changed the red stripes on the side panels to black. (used black electrical tape, looks great and did not cost anything) I did not like them and I only use the red lights looks far better with the black interior.

I too am thinking of getting a side window put in the side panel. But I will want to keep the fan there so that it does not ruin the great airflow the case has.

Cable management is excellent too. It is a shame for yours though, silly Asus.

Thanks, yeah i got mine a 64.99 aswell :) And i know what you mean about wanting to keep the side fan, but with an interior so nice it seems a shame to have it hidden :( Though I'm not sure if removing it would affect temps at all. Will have to do some thinking :)
 
some of these cases are great.. Ive not built a computer in such a long time , but these are giving me some good ideas. Keep it up, i particularly like the ones using imagination.
 
I've been having a bash at etching with the left over plexiglass from my window mod, what do you guys think of this? Its my first attempt so go easy. :p

Got to sell mine now to help the dent in my wallet that ATCS840 made!

But you guys are right, its a great case, owned it for 6years! Still in mint condition.
 
Just got my new Lian-Li PC-P50BW with additional 120mm fan module and LED fan...transfered from my (now) old Akasa Eclipse 62 which has had nearly 5 years service.







System is running fine and a little cooler - except I forgot to plug a SATA power cable into the optical drives :rolleyes: cables are not 100% tidy but I'm not too worried and have done best.

Sorry not a very good photographer...

Cheers...sadly OCUK don't stock it...cost me £169 delivered. Expensive but what the hell, its been 5 years, had everything I wanted and wasn't a monster sized case. I paid nearly that much for a Thermaltake Xaser III V2000 years ago :D The quality is so much better and worth it IMO. I can now see the appeal of Lian-Li cases. This is identical to the LanCool K-62 except its all aluminium. I wanted the window and all black interior which the normal PC-P50 lacked.

Didn't want the ATI version (R) of the PC-P50 as the red interior was a bit too much for me (even though I have the Dragon platform)
