If you just look the dlc up, it tells you when its available, so hobble on child I'm getting the same atm, IWNET is on the same servers as steam and it's getting boned.
For people who can't download it change the download region to something else like afghan in steam settings.
I bought the map-pack and to be honest, I don't care that it cost 10 quid.
