So, after trying to fix the multitude of problems with my pc, the hdd finally gave in and i threw the whole thing out of my window [...ok i just walked away from it]
But yeah, with payday soon am looking for a cpu/mobo/ram but i have a few questions...
Decided on a p5b [-here lies one question], gskill hz stuff, and a 6300 [with a mighty hs/f]
Right so, over at xs i did some looking about and saw some people hitting way over 500fsb [550] on a p5b deluxe, equating to a 3.5+ghz with a 6300. On AIR, with no mods...
I havent seen much on here about anyone topping 500 on this?
Anyway, the motherboard. I've seen quite a few versions? Vanilla, deluxe and deluxe/wifiap.?
I take it the deluxe deluxe/wifi is the best? Anyone put some light on this?
The ram, I've heared some problems with stuff rated 2.0-2.2 not working properly 'cus the mobo only does 1.9? Any pointers?
I'm wanting a system that will just work, I'm sick of troubleshooting [even thogh I know its all going to happen again
