Hmm, i have just noticed im running @ 120Hz, do you think that makes a difference?

Edit, Actually scored less using 60Hz!

GPU-z says 901.5 max boost, what should it be?

Also how can i put the same BIOS on both cards? One has a modified BIOS to enable higher voltage etc, one card is running @ 902 and the other 863.
 
Chances are the mod bios has boost disabled so you are running at default clocks set in the bios, this explains the low score, with boost enabled cards can overclock themselves well over 1000 on the core. Unless you revert back to stock bios you will need to manually overclock for better results.

What model cards are they and what bios have you flashed.

I run a modified BIOS which stops the boosting. As you are running SLI, I would advise you run the same non boosting BIOS or the same boosting BIOS. It will have an adverse affect IMO by having one that boosts and one that doesn't.

They are Geforce Palit gtx 780, the bios is a flashed custom bios that was flashed before i purchased the card, maybe i should put them both back to the original bios.
 
I just put in my 780ti's about 10 minutes ago and just quickly ran this benchmark with the GPU's at there stock speeds

At 1080p

Min 102fps
Max 156fps
Ave 129.3fps



At 1440p

Min 68fps
Max 102fps
Ave 84.2fps


Need to overclock them over the weekend and see what I can get..:)

TBH tomb raider hardly pushes the boundaries of gfx i ran it 1 setting off max on a 1GB 6870 so its ok to run it on anything above that. BTW not read any of the previous posts cus 12 pages is a bit much

then your 780Tis are crap then, its not like the textures scale with performance... having said that ill ry it on my 280x which is kinda broke just holding off RMA till i see what the the custom cooled 290's are priced like
