The new website has been live a while now and still has basic problems. Can we get an update on what's going on?
My list:
1. Filters and sort order are reset when changing graphics card model.
2. Browsing for monitors is always a combination of: resolution, panel tech, inches, vrr tech, refresh rate. E.g. you click on 27 inches then you're just stuffed because you can't filter further and everything's mixed together. It's hard to find suitable monitors, and impossible to get a URL to share with someone to help them buy the right products.
3. Keyboards are missing filters for size (standard, tkl, percentages, ergo) and switch type.
4. Power supplies are missing filters for efficiency, size, modularity. E.g. choose 800W+ then you're stuffed because all efficiencies are mixed together.
... missing filters probably applies to many categories, there's just an overall lack of thought into how people shop.
