The new Wireless/Bluetooth 360 headset

Has anyone bought one of these?

Looking to find some user reviews, Amazon appear to have pretty damning views on it.

I am wanting to buy a wireless headset as I hate the default wired one and am trying to see which is best to get.

I have the black version and it is immense. So much better than the cable ones

I am thinking that might be the better choice, unless anyone can vouch for the new one that is.

Don't know how the new one is, but I've always found the original one get's uncomfortable after a while. The battery also doesn't last that long.

I pretty much always end up using the original headset.

I've not picked up a new bluetooth one yet, but I do own 4 of the original wireless headsets (white, black, halo 3 and halo reach), they all work great.

I'm hoping that the new bluetooth one is just as good as I want to be able to use it on my Windows Phone too.

The new ones ok but I tends to cut off to save power when you aren't speaking but the response to the voice pick-up is slow enough to often miss the first part of what your saying to your mates.

From my experience I would say stick with the old style version.

I like the idea of the bluetooth one as I can use it for both my PS3 and iPhone as well.... but everywhere I look it seems it has issues.

Not finding many people who say its good, maybe I should try one and see.
