....statements of the future. i took a mini statement out today (well 14 april) for a RBS cash point (im with natwest) and it said that on 16 april i made a DD payment of 7.18.

anyone know what might be goin on? i got a solo card by the way

Most banks systems dont update properly over weekend so they make the clear date the next working day...hence Monday 16th

a DD would be a regular payment coming out of the account that you allow a company to take on your behalf.

i.e

Bills, or Subscriptions, they charge based on your sort code and account number not your Card

if a dd is going out on a weekend it can be taken on friday,monday but will show the correct date

Paypal payments also show as a Direct Debit if you have it set to take the cash from your account rather than a card.

If you check on your online statement, it will tell you where it was from.
