So guys,

A couple of questions, besides 3G being pointed by everyone as the next feature desperate to the iphone, what else is being considered or would you like to see?

Also, say its already penned for the last quarter of this year, do you think o2 and the like will offer early upgrades for current contract people (like me, 7th Nov. 2007). :p

What do you think

If O2 do an upgrade I can see it being like the 16Mb for 8Mb, ie you buy a new 16Mb phone and put the old sim in the new phone, update O2 with the new MAC address so The Cloud can be updated and still access there wifi, but you don't have too sign a new 18 month contract.

Interesting, I was in Wetherspoons the other day and I tried to search on google. It came up with the cloud homepage asking for my number. It wouldnt allow me to continue as this is my second iPhone (The first died?)

Do I need to ring o2? Thanks.

On Topic:

I agree with the camera, but I cannot see all of those things listed above by Tunney. GPS will just be an addon with the SDK. Proper Bluetooth will help a lot I'm sure.

I've had a thought to be honest, was reading about Palm & decided to look at its software (even though I don't own a Palm :p .)

I do like the idea of perhaps have a central program for the iPhone to work from.

What has sparked all this, my niece recently broke her Sony Ericsson w5--. I used its PC Suite which actually worked very well. Backup everything including txts etc. VERY useful if you ask me.

Same with this Palm software, you can do all your emailing/to do's/contacts/memo's etc all from this one program.

If you think how the iPhone interacts I don't think its the most easiest way? iTunes for Music/Video, iPhoto for Pictures, Adding contacts and/or appointments to iCal.

YES they are automatically picked up in iTunes etc, but all of these have to done on there own for iTunes to be able to pick them up and sync with the iPhone?

Do you think a dedicated program to do with file transfer, contacts/calender? Even to use the iPhone LIVE from your Mac? To txt etc?

Just an idea I guess.

What do you guys think?

:)
