Jeremy Corbyn is facing a motion of no confidence. A secret ballot as early as next Tuesday can see Corbyn leave.

I'm quite sad to see this motion against him, and personally want to see him remain Labour leader until the next general election.

So MPs vote of no confidence has no standing legitimacy in the Labour Party, however Corbyn cannot bring more than 40 MPs on his side where he needs 90?

This is a disaster.

But....if you voted Tory, that's exactly what you voted for?!

I hate this attitude.

He voted for the Tories because presumably he thought that's what was best for the country at the time. Now, he wants a softer approach to austerity and would like a strong opposition to the Tories.

You are allowed to change your mind; and crucially, you should challenge and hold those in charge accountable.

Okay, so let us say we need five years to add additional capacity. Why would we let people come here and settle indefinitely? A five year visa would be sufficient.

And why would we want people from Nigeria or Pakistan where their culture and level of development is much different to our own when we can have someone from Poland, Greece or Spain?

So yes, fine, bring doctors and nurses over in the short term. But in the long run we should be training up replacements not importing more people in an ever increasing cycle.

Five years gives you junior doctors. It takes many years after graduating in a degree in medicine to actually become a specialised in certain fields.
