The night of my life

Just seen my Brentford send Everton home very very disappointed.

hehe, I was stuck watching John Solako and the studio guy manage to make a joke of flicking back and forth between the penalties, and Solako's reaction to EACH AND EVERY PENALTY was "oohhhhh" in the tone that at first made it sound like every single penalty was a miss, the plank, was funny though.

Fed up with TV rights rubbish, frankly football fans were robbed, no reason at all they couldn't of whacked that live on TV, they cut to the pitch invasion though.

Very proud of them, strange as I can usually hear when theres been a home goal at Griffin Park(live near south ealing station).

Am starting to fear for Moyes though, its really not working for them at the moment, one of the few prem managers I'd HATE to see sacked.

We could finish in the bottom 5 and he wouldn't get the sack. The chairman isn't that stupid, he knows we are only reasonably successfull and consistent because we have stuck with the same manager.

If we'd done a Spurs of Newcastle with our managers we would have gone down years ago. That said I really do not care about this cup and with the injury problems we have year in year out I'd be happy to go out the Fa cup in the first round as well and try to recover some ground and form in the league.

Do remember though, a great manager can stagnate and a team can get bad.

Arsenal aren't exactly losing anything, but Arsenal are currently on a streak where this is our longest time having not won anything for 25 years, with many other managers who were no where near as good as Wenger in his first 6-7 years. Thats life, you often see a new manager come in and turn around a team and a manager who had stagnated and started performing badly go somewhere new and do brilliantly well, thats life. I mean, could anyone, at all after the Invincibles year imagine that Wenger would go on to manage during the clubs worst run in terms of trophies in 25 years, not even close, not one person on earth would have thought that. During the invincibles I never thought Wenger would start someone like Song, Diaby, Denilson on a regular basis or put up with an ego like Adebayor, nor play 4-5-1.

Sometimes, with Wenger for instance, I think spending so many years with certain players loses you objectivity, Wenger plays Diaby when he's fit, while 20 other managers could come in and he would be the first one sold. Sometimes friendship, emotion, infact not sometimes, it ALWAYS clouds judgement.

ITs too early to jump the gun on a top manager like Moyes, but if you finish 4th bottom,
