Yup burger patty should be size of the bun or just a little bit bigger otherwise it will just be a sad burger.

Anyways... Just having toast with lemon curd I bought from a farm shop. Delicious.

Matcha green tea is a bit of an acquired taste. I don't hate it, but I don't consider it a favourite.

It tastes far away to green tea, it has a subtle muted matcha flavour which the sugar balances out nicely.

Was up in Glasgow today for Free Comic Book Day. I had a free burger to claim from GBK, so I decided today was as good as day as any.

Had to be the Major Tom burger, one of the most expensive on the menu. Consists of a 30 day dry-aged steak patty, blue cheese slaw, crispy bacon, Red Leicester cheese, beef ketchup and dill pickle. Loved it!

Also got skinny fries and a little bacconaise dip.
