The **Now Eating** Thread

I have to make the most of it as the only kind of sushi i can get around where i live is stuff from Waitress....dried, made the day before rubbish that doesn't warrant the name. So when i saw this popped up after a quick search on TripAdvisor i had to go, 40min wait was well worth it.

First ever visit to Handmade Burger Co, went for the dirty burger with fried onions and denver chips. Enjoyed it. Potato pic -

Spent most of today at Glasgow Comic Con. After I left I went looking for somewhere to have dinner and stumbled on the newly opened Yo Sushi in the city centre. Didn't even know they were going to be opening a new one!

From top to bottom, cucumber maki, ebi rolls, spicy tuna rolls, chicken katsu sando, pork teriyaki with egg and Japanese soufflé cheesecake for dessert :D

Went out with a group of friends to see Despicable Me 3 at the Cineworld at the Silverburn shopping centre. We went for dinner afterwards to Thaikhun. Awesome meal!

Pic 1: Bangkok sharing Platter for 2 - Grilled chicken satay, Thai prawn toast, prawn dumplings and red curried corn cakes.
Pic 2: Sukumvit sharing Platter for 3 - Thai fish cakes, spring rolls, honey pork and steamed vegetable dumplings
Pic 3: Two different Pinto boxes - 3 different dishes of your choice + rice. We were a group of 5, so the other 4 split those between them. I also had some of the beef in noodles from one dish. Lovely!
Pic 4: My main course, Moo Prik King - Steamed and roasted pork belly, wok-fried with green beans and red curry sauce. Really nice and not too spicy.

Also had a Thai iced tea topped with cream to drink. Not as sweet as I was hoping for, but still nice :)

Nice. Do they do flights between Glasgow and London? I might need to consider that when I go on holiday next year.

BA short haul flights will not offer what Raymond Lin received especially London to Glasgow - there will be barely enough time in the air outside of the taking off and landing times for them to serve snacks etc.

BA have also moved towards adopting the more budget tactics of their short haul competitors. I think I flew on one of the last flights last year where they still offered free drinks and food on short haul.

The out leg I was in economy, the free drinks and food were gone!!!! Last year I went to Amsterdam and had free drink s and also a breakfast roll.

They charge and sell M&S food now onboard and only accept cards.
